Hot Head Burritos Franchising was co-founded by our brother Ray Wiley in 2007 after more than 20 years as a Subway regional operator. We launched at a time when there were less than five hundred brand name competitors such as Chipotle and Qdoba. There are more than 70 locations today in 15 states including corporate stores and franchisees. Two of those stores are with Chris’ son Ross as part our Sponsored Owner Operator program pilot. Ray has secured commitments from his Regional Area Developers to rapidly expand nationally over the next five years.
Hot Head Burritos transformed the quick service Mexican food market segment more than a decade ago by nearly doubling the variety of gourmet ingredients and developing more than a dozen custom sauces in our trademark styles “From Mild to WildTM. We continue to evolve the business every day most recently deploying high speed ovens in response to the amazing popularity of our own style of Quesadillas. We have an amazing fan base that drove us to be an early adopter of the Uber Eats delivery program.
WDG founders are stakeholders in Hot Head Burritos Franchising but we are a separate independently owned development company. Our mission is to develop and operate franchisee locations throughout the nation in cooperation with Licensed Area Developers in the Hot Head Burritos Franchising system. Only Hot Head Burritos Franchising can sell franchises and will provide a Franchise Disclosure Document upon request.
