Mr. Ross Wiley

After serving in the Coast Guard for ten years, Mr. Wiley pursued his dream of owning and developing restaurants with his family in Ohio.  The Wiley Development Group Sponsored Owner Operator was formed based on the five store plan for Ross.

Rapid Fired Pizza

He came out of the service just in time for the opening of his first Raid Fired Pizza restaurant in Lima Ohio in August of 2016 under our Wiley Ventures business.  It was the 8th store in the group.  Less than a year later, that store generated enough income to fund construction of his second store in Bowling Green Ohio near the university campus.  He oversaw every step of the planning and construction process and opened in September of 2017.

Hot Head Burritos

We opportunistically accelerated the five store plan acquiring two Hot Head Burritos stores from a franchisee that was nearby the Bowling Green Rapid Fired Pizza location.  Mr. Wiley now serves as the Area Manager for the group of four stores and has established General Managers in location.  He is partner in Coyote Development, LLC  which is the Rapid Fired Pizza licensed area developer for Northern Ohio.

Coast Guard

Mr. Wiley was responsible for station operations and command of any vessel he took to sea.  The extensive training for crew and station management turned out to have remarkable parallels for handling store operation and crew development in the Rapid Fired Pizza and Hot Head Burritos business.

While in the Coast Guard he attained the rank of E-5 in under five years and after returning for a second four year commission he achieved the prestigious certification of the 500th Motor Lifeboat Surfman in the history of the service.  Less than 80 active members hold those credentials for certification responsible for Heavy Weather Search and Rescue.

Before graduating college he joined the United States Coast Guard in an effort to pursue his dream of protecting the country after experiencing the horrifying attack on 9/11.  Ross was born in Columbus OH and raised in Seattle WA but moved frequently with family business and experienced much of the nation.  While in high school, he studied at Green River Community College to gain college credit.  During that time, he was awarded a paid internship with Washington Mutual Bank and gained vast experience in the banking industry.  Before graduating high school, he was accepted into Johnson & Wales University in Miami Florida where he studied Criminal Law and Law Enforcement which led him to the Coast Guard opportunity.
