Responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of franchise restaurants, customer relations, and management of staff. Responsibilities included:
- Inventory management. Position requires ordering supplies twice weekly, recording stock-on-hand weekly, analyzing usage trends and re-training staff as necessary in portion control or waste abatement.
- SafeServe compliance. All restaurants must demonstrate relentless adherence to national, State, and local health codes and food safety procedures.
- Staffing. Each store requires 16 to 30 trained staff members and turnover in the restaurant business can be frequent. The GM is responsible for identifying a current or impending need, advertising and interviewing for suitable candidates, clearing selected candidates through all regulatory steps, and provisioning each new staffer with payroll, uniform, schedule applications, and employee handbooks.
- Training. Each staffer must be trained in all aspects of RFP restaurant operation and retrained whenever new products, operational protocols, equipment, or procedures are introduced. Since inexperienced crew members adversely impact labor costs and potentially degrade customer satisfaction, aggressive and well structured training programs have been developed, implemented, and executed.
- Scheduling. Scheduling at RFP is weekly, and requests for schedule accommodations are frequent. Coverage must adapt to the ebb and flow of anticipated business and provide for emergency staffing in the case of unanticipated customer volume.
- Customer Relations. The General Manager sets the tone, addresses customer complaints, cultivates expanded patronage from satisfied customers, and enforces customer service expectations of all consumer-facing crew members.
- Community Relations. Marketing the restaurant to the community through fundraisers, donations to local causes, and participation in local events are all tasks that the General Manager addresses
Accomplishments: In a family of between 8 and 15 operating Rapid Fired Pizza restaurants during the employment period, performance has been recorded to prove:
- Food costs of managed restaurants consistently meets target calculated ratios of 33%
- Labor costs of managed restaurants consistently meets targets of 24% or lower.
- Among restaurants with at least 4 months of operational history, managed restaurants outperformed comparable sites. Over winter break, sales volume dropped less and recovered more quickly than similar restaurants in the RFP family.
- Crew turnover in the first 6 months of managed restaurants was 8%, versus 61% across the RFP family and 72% across the business sector.

Client Desk and Data Analytics
Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of borrower and loan data, pricing and program eligibility, and exception analysis. Responsibilities included:
- Directly manage the relationships with portfolio managers and cooperate with traders and investors to optimize net execution for refinance scenarios
- Understand each client’s reporting and data requirements and cause appropriate reports to be generated
- Normalize and register new and refreshed Servicer loan data to ensure adequate and accurate data elements needed to identify refinance candidates and eliminate prospects whose circumstances have changed adversely.
- Analyze new and refreshed servicer data to predict program, pricing, and estimate payoff to servicer
- Manage the candidate pool, outreach configuration, and disqualification coordination for each client’s campaigns.
- Supervise Level II Servicer Relations team to ensure the timely, accurate and compliant exchange of documents and information between servicers and lenders

- Perform pre bid due diligence and portfolio analytics of servicer provided and 3rd party data elements to estimate current asset value of NPL pools
- Evaluate risk factors such as pay strings, escrow accounts, credit score trends, regional and local economic health and prospects, and State-specific foreclosure timelines to provide clients pre-bid asset by asset risk analysis
